  • When does a delivery charge apply?
    For orders less than $99 a delivery fee of $10 will be applied (up to 15 miles)
  • Where do you deliver?
    Our current delivery coverage areas including Windermere, Clermont, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Gotha, and Kissimmee. If your address falls outside of our coverage radius, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.
  • What time do I receive my order if I place an order by 11am?
    You can expect it to be delivered next day by 12pm if the order was placed by 12am, a day before. The one placed after can be expected by 9pm.
  • Can I still Order if the delivery area doesnt fall under the areas covered ?
    Delivery regions for Wedesibazaar is limited. Only delivery available Locations and Cities will be available for selection.Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if the address is not with in store delivery area.
  • When is my order eligible for free delivery?
    We offer free delivery on all orders $99 or more for up to 10 miles from 34787

  • What Items can I return or get a refund for ?
    Spice Culture is devoted to 100% customer satisfaction. If any item you receive has any defects, faulty workmanship, or defect due to delivery, Spice Culture will refund it. No returns will be accepted on fresh fruits, vegetables, frozen items, dairy, and other perishable products. Exceptions on other items such as grocery, non-food, utensils, etc might be made on a case-by-case basis contingent they are reported within 4 days from the day it is dropped at your doorstep.
  • Why the product I ordered not delivered ?
    Some items you order might be unavailable or have quantity restrictions, in that case, the order will be adjusted to what we have available. ​
  • What happens if the product ordered is bad, defective due to delivery ?"

  • What is Order Form ?
    Order form is nothing but old style way of putting a grocery list together. Just click on the tab and fill up the required details and type down the products you need and we will take care of the rest.
  • How do I know the price of each item ordered ?
    After you submit the order form the team works on the invoice and sends it to you. After you make the payment, we process your order. Plz note : If you dont like the price of a product you can ask us to remove it. No furthur adjustments would be made.
  • Can I still order the item that is is not available online ?
    Yes, you can order anything in groceries you want.
  • How do I earn Spicy Rewards?
    You Start earning the moment you make a purchace online. Every Dollar give you 1point. Just make sure you sign up for the Spicy Rewards Program.
  • Is there a minimum to redeem my Spicy Rewards ?
    No, Theres no minimum purchase required to redeem the rewards. You can use then every time you checkout or use them all at once.
  • Do my Spicy Rewards expire?
    Yes, Spicy Rewards expire after 1 year of the purchase. Untill then you can keep collecting points and use them at once.
  • How Do I Use Spicy Rewards?
    You can use Spicy Rewards on all purchases. Just redeem and apply to checkout. Spicy Rewards is valid for a year after it's issued.
